2013/03/25 - Accidentally renamed PSN J08374502+4928322 to 2012ar, and not 2013ar error persisted for 1 day.
2013/09/26 - Had the host of ASASSN-13dd listed as NGC 2756. The true host of this object is NGC 2765. Error persisted for 2 days.
