sn01ac_i.jpg This is one of the subluminous type II supernovae, similar to 1997bs, 1999bw and 2000ch. One of the thoughs on these is that they might be Eta Carini type outburst. HST image of NGC 3504. We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal. Icon created from the CROSS image.
