Lick Observatory Supernova Search (USA),
Koichi Itagaki (Japan).
The spectrum of this one has an interesting past.
Initially it was suspected to be a blue variable (not an SN), then it went to
a young type II, and is now reported as a type Ib.
This one was found very young found in the Cocoon galaxy.
