Supernova 2004bd in NGC 3786

sn04bd_i.jpg Discovered by Mark Armstrong.   The host galaxy makes a nice pair with NGC 3788.   A type Ia found at maximum brightness.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from Mark Armstrong's image.  This supernova is in the Ursa Major.
