sn03l_i.jpg Discovered by Tom Boles and independently by Mike Schwartz of LOTOSS.  This one is a rare type Ib/c Hypernova (like 2002ap).  This web page was generated on an airplane somewhere above the Rocky Mountains. We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from Tom Boles' discovery image.
