Found in UGC 11635 at R.A. = 20h43m29s.82, Decl. = +80°09'27".3
Located 1".8 west and 6".4 north of the nucleus of UGC 11635
Mag 17.0*, Type star (This has now been confirmed to be not a supernova, but a blue K type star in our galaxy. This is a galactic object) (References: IAUC 7638; id-sn 58)
