image Discovered independantly by Stuart Parker (New Zeland) and Berto Monard (South Africa).   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from Stu Parker's discovery image.   This one is a type Ib.   This supernova is in the Constellation Indus.
