Supernova 2008hy in IC 334

Discovered by Tim Puckett, and A. Langoussis (USA).   This is a bright northern type Ia.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from the discovery image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Camelopardalis.
