Supernova 2007A in NGC 105

sn07a_i.jpg Discoverey is shared by Tim Puckett and T. Orff of the Puckett supernova search (USA) and Lick Observatory Supernova Search (USA).   For Dr. Weidong Li of LOSS, this is the second time he has found a supernova in this galaxy.   This is a type Ia found young, and the first supernova found in 2007.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from Tim Puckett's discovery image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Pices.
