sn04gk_i.jpg Discovered by Robert Quimby of University of Texas (1st discovery in this search) who is working under Craig Wheeler.   This is a type Ic found near max.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.   Icon generated from the discovery image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Coma Berenices.
